Refund policy

All Exchanges / Returns must be made within 14 days of original purchase. Product must be in new unused condition and accompanied by the original packaging and the purchase receipt.  We will refund shipping costs on damaged or incorrect merchandise. Merchandise exchanged / returned must be in NEW UN-USED condition. 

1. Send a copy of your invoice with the product, save one copy for yourself.
2. Call us at (503)648-4555 ask for Parts Department to get an RA# & return label 
3. Write your RA# on the outside of the package and on the copy of the invoice you will be sending back with the product. 
4. Send the package with provided return label
